The Sr. Account Executive, Microsoft Solution's primary responsibility will be driving overall client sales, satisfaction, and revenue within enVista’s Microsoft service line. They will generate new sales and client project opportunities, either through business relationships, partner relationships, personal relationships, and / or cold calling. This role will also manage and develop relationships with multiple clients and business partners across other enVista portfolio of offerings as well.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and properly qualify business opportunities for enVista services with a focus on Microsoft’s ERP applications; Dynamics AX (2009 & 2012), D365 Finance, D365 Supply Chain Management, D365 Commerce, D365 Project Operations, Power Platform, etc. and enVista IP
  • Present to executive levels of organizations and prepare formal proposals
  • Lead negotiations, coordinate through the complex decision-making process, and overcome objections to close the deal
  • Manage the coordination of the legal process aby working closely with legal counsel resources both internally and externally (i.e. Mutual NDA, Master Services Consulting Agreements, etc.) Note: This does not include negotiating the legal language, but rather coordinate the timeliness of finalizing legal contracts as a part of the overall close process
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of enVista services and opportunities including client stories and case studies specific to the client prospects industry and service need
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales Representatives, and Business Development associates
  • Participate in marketing plans and development in an effort to generate new sales opportunities and develop target campaigns aimed at generating new sales opportunities
  • Participate in company business development meetings and strategy session
  • Register and maintain all deals in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Consider risk and adhere to all enVista credit check policies
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales Representatives, Business Development, and Business Leaders

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration or related field
  • 7-10+ years of outside sales experience; Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Finance & Operations sales experience highly preferred
  • Requires strong interpersonal, management, and presentation skills
  • Requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to sense and relate observations to business opportunity
  • Must be ambitious and take initiative
  • Anticipated travel around 50%
