Summer 2025 Planning Co-Op

As a planning co-op with Trew you will gain experience with many aspects of the planning process in our manufacturing facility in West Chester, OH. 

Duties / Responsibilities 

• Create work instructions for all PBI reporting all participating disciplines.
• Minor PBI reporting maintenance
• Support paperless implementation
  • Setting up equipment 
  • Training 
  • Documentation
• Create work instructions for Excel tools.
• Create work instructions for NetSuite tools.
• Create work instructions for daily ops meetings  
  • Document critical daily action items.
• Minor NetSuite tool maintenance.
• Support digital display screens. 
  • Document Work Instructions
• Improve transfer order process.
  • Evaluate and create system rules to reduce manual intervention.
• Support creation finished goods inventory storage plan.
  • Layout
  • Reporting structure 
  • Create communication path 
  • Create labor capacity plan for shipping and receiving  
• Create process to buy product direct to site.
  • Bypass manufacturing facilities on non value add assemblies 

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering or Business. 
• Strong people skills with the ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to learn quickly and a desire to broaden your skills and experience
