This is a full-time, onsite position, based in North Austin, offering opportunities for career growth, a dynamic work environment, and the chance to contribute to innovative projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Read and interpret work instructions to ensure accuracy of work performed.
- Align, fit, or assemble components, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and templates.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout all steps of the manufacturing process.
- Meet targets of yield, delivery, and safety.
- Troubleshoot or identify problems and fix them.
- Interacts with management and team members to encourage effective communication on the production floor.
- Execute housekeeping and ensure 3S is sustained.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid background using tools for mechanical and electrical assembly.
- Mechanical assembly experience.
- Be extremely detail-oriented.
- Ability to perform physical activities including lifting approximately 40 lbs.
- Attendance is an essential duty of the position.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Ability to read and understand an electrical schematic.
- Electrical panel assembly experience.
- Experience with Inventory Management, Packaging, and Shipping.
- Cable Harness Assembly Experience.
- Past experience working with complex electrical and mechanical systems.
