• Responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy, including business forecasting and booking sales orders.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix-reporting field organization of sales, application and service teams to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals
• Consistently achieve or exceed business targets and win assigned strategic design-ins
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, understand customer requirements (both business and technical), and communicate clearly with the internal stakeholders including sales, support, marketing and engineering

• (senior) 8+ years relevant semiconductor industry experience (equipment, test & measurement a plus)
• (senior) Adaptable to changes and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• (senior) Ability to perform under pressure and manage conflict
• (senior) Clear understanding of complex sales situations and ability to navigate situations where multiple parties might have misaligned interests
• (senior) Well informed on competitors, semiconductor industry news and trends, products, services, relevant information about legacy, existing, emerging technologies, and the latest product-line development
• BSEE/MSEE preferred, MBA a plus
• 5+ years relevant semiconductor industry experience (equipment, test & measurement a plus)
